Politica di Rimborso

Prodotti Digitali e Codice Sorgente

Poiché i nostri software sono prodotti digitale non tangibili (software scaricabili con codice sorgente visibile), per loro natura non possono essere "restituiti" una volta scaricati. Pertanto, non offriamo rimborsi incondizionati o per "ripensamenti" dopo che i file sono stati scaricati o le licenza attivate.

Diritto di Recesso

Accettando i presenti termini al momento dell'acquisto, acconsenti alla fornitura immediata del contenuto digitale e riconosci di perdere il diritto di recesso una volta iniziato il download o l'attivazione della licenza, come previsto dall'Art. 59 del Codice del Consumo (e direttiva UE 2011/83).

Eccezioni per Malfunzionamenti Tecnici

Vogliamo assicurarci che tu sia soddisfatto. Emetteremo un rimborso completo entro 14 giorni dall'acquisto SOLO se:

1. Il software non funziona sul tuo server a causa di un bug tecnico del software stesso; E
2. Hai contattato il nostro supporto tecnico fornendo i dettagli dell'errore; E
3. Non siamo stati in grado di risolvere il problema entro un tempo ragionevole (7 giorni lavorativi).

Come richiedere un rimborso

Per avviare una richiesta, contattaci all'indirizzo store@iconsuite.it specificando il numero d'ordine. Le incompatibilità dovute a hosting obsoleti (PHP inferiore a 7.4) non sono coperte dalla politica di rimborso, in quanto i requisiti sono chiaramente indicati prima dell'acquisto.

Refund Policy

Digital Products and Source Code

Because our software is a non-tangible digital good (downloadable software with visible source code), it cannot be "returned" once downloaded. Therefore, we do not offer unconditional refunds for "change of mind" after the files have been downloaded or the license activated.

Right of Withdrawal

By accepting these terms at the time of purchase, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or license activation has begun, as provided for by Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (and EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

Exceptions for Technical Issues

We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase ONLY if:

1. The software fails to function on your server due to a technical bug in the software itself; AND
2. You have contacted our support team providing details of the error; AND
3. We were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (7 business days).

How to request a refund

To initiate a request, please contact us at store@iconsuite.it with your order ID. Issues caused by unsupported hosting environments (e.g., PHP versions older than 7.4) are not covered by this refund policy, as system requirements are clearly stated prior to purchase.
